Responsibilities Broad IT experience of 10 to 12 years working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives. Minimum 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery and Service Mapping) Understand functional, technical, and business requirements and then turn those requirements into a successful implementation.
