Scope of the Job: Collaborate with Mahindra team and dealers to promote the Powerol brand. Drive sales in a designated territory through dealer engagement and support. Generate and convert inquiries while preparing monthly business plans. Identify customer needs and design promotional campaigns. Train dealer staff and ensure adherence to sales standards. Conduct competitor analysis and manage dealer stock levels. Liaise with retail finance companies and service dealers for enhanced customer satisfaction. Generate monthly MIS reports on sales and inquiries.
