Description : SUMMARY OF JOB: The 3Ph business as part of DCS LOB is facing a significant and sustainable growth. While UPS is the traditional equipment, the Battery business part of the system, being well supported but not limited to Li-Ion technologies, is now the biggest product category managed. Such continuous growth justifies the search for a R&D Chief Engineer in charge of scaling our global Battery portfolio of product development across our 3 design centers, also ensuring the technical strategy is defined and executed for the LOB per the objectives given. DCS is handling Battery offer development across multiple Agile Squads, being an Agile at Scale model.
