Working experience & Good knowledge on Cisco Router and switches. Working experience OR Good knowledge of Viptela SDWAN OR Cisco Meraki SDWAN. Minimum 2 years of Enterprise Network troubleshooting experience in customer support (R&S, Viptela SDWAN OR Cisco Meraki SDWAN) Good written and verbal communications skills ITIL Knowledge desired.
